Over the course of 40 years of experience, Jacques worked on no less than 250 projects involving sales forces restructuring, retail sales solutions, promotional events, and strategic marketing programs. He spent half his career at Mosaic Sales Solutions and was one of the main partners in the initial company, S&MG Sales and Merchandising Group along with Tony LaSorda and Jay Gordon.

Having worked both in the Montréal and Toronto office, Jacques contributed to the exceptional growth of Mosaic in the Canadian market. He was one of the first to develop and work with innovative technological tools, such as computer-assisted shelf space management (Spaceman, Spacemax, Apollo...) and ECR (Efficient Consumer Response). Today, his energy and outstanding skills in business development still make him one of the best specialists in innovative sales and marketing solutions in Canada.

Prior to joining Mosaic, Jacques worked ten years for Procter & Gamble in Montreal and Toronto where he occupied various positions in sales and marketing. His career path lead him to become vice-president of sales, marketing, and logistics for Denco Canada Dental. Back then, Denco was one of the largest distributors in dental equipment with 140 representatives spread out in twelve offices throughout the country. Jacques played a key role in the organization by helping double its revenues over a three-year period.

He is also strategically involved with a number of small to medium size businesses focused on selling, merchandising and communication. He is a Partner and marketing strategist at CCA (Consumers' Choice Award), Partner at Consortium 1876, Partner at Ogilvy Montréal and Partner / Owner at Möbel360. Over and above his business assignments, Jacques is also President of the Board at l'Orchestre philharmonique du Nouveau Monde : l'OPNM (L’Orchestre philharmonique du Nouveau Monde).
